Amazing service requested a walk around video of the vehicle which was sent very detailed in HD and any blemishes on the bodywork were highlighted to me however small. As I had an urgent need for the vehicle the car was delivered to me within 48 hours and it was as described. I couldn’t ask for a better service Thank you guys for all your help and making this such a seamless transaction!

Amazing customer service we enquired about a VW scirocco and was unsure if it was the right car for us. They asked us about our vehicle requirements and recommended another vehicle which they didn’t have in their stock and advised us that this would be much better suited to us. I bought a 2015 Ford Focus estate from NW Auto Sales. When I arrived the car wasn’t in the sales yard but it was having a service. I waited for the car to arrive back and test drove it. It was lovely. I bought it and it drives like new. However, I did come across a problem with one of the lights, the beam was out and the bracket that holds the light in had snapped. I contacted them and they were more than happy to replace it for me. The customer service is spot on, the car wasn’t clean and they really do know how to treat their customers. They aren’t forceful in sales either, letting you decide and make the decision. 100% would recommend!

Prompt response to my initially enquiry and then followed up with prompt responses to all questions I had about the vehicle as I was travelling from Glasgow and wanted as much information as possible. They recommended a video call where I could ask any questions and highlighted any superficial marks on the vehicle just so I was aware. There was no pressure to sell and instead just genuinely wanted to help. I ended up buying a Ford Mondeo from them which has been superb since I’ve had it. I would definitely recommend no pushy sales tactics genuinely care to meet the customer needs

I am an older retired Englishman. Therefore my working knowledge of how to use the new technology, internet etc. is poor. Javid at NW AUTOSALES helped me through the process and at no point attempted to use his superior knowledge in his favour. The vehicle I bought is presented in superb condition. I had to travel from Norwich to Peterborough to collect the vehicle. Javid had a doubt concerning the rear offside tyre. He was anxious that I did not have a problem on my back to Norwich so we went to the tyre depot where Javid arranged for a replacement tyre. I strongly recommend NW AUTOSALES as a trustworthy, reliable organisation.
